General Terms and Conditions of Business
1. Applicability
All orders placed via our online shop shall be subject to the following general terms and conditions of business.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract shall be made with VERALICE ug (limited liability).

By placing the products in the online shop we make a legally binding offer to conclude a contract in relation to these articles. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without any obligation to purchase, and can correct your entries at any time prior to submitting your binding order by using the correction option provided for and explained during the ordering process. The contract shall only come into effect when you click the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket. You will receive a further confirmation via e-mail once you have submitted your order.

A binding contract can also be established as follows:

If you have chosen payment by credit card, the contract shall come into effect at the time the credit card is charged.
If you have chosen payment by direct debit, the contract shall come into effect at the time the account is debited.
If you have chosen payment by SEPA, the contract shall come into effect at the time notification of the account debit is received (prenotification).
If you have chosen payment by PayPal, the contract shall come into effect at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
The languages offered for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.

We will not save the text of the contract.

3. Delivery terms
The stated product prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The offer provides further details of the shipping costs.

We only ship products; we do not allow collection.

We do not ship to parcel stations.

4. Payment
We offer the following payment methods in our shop:

Credit Card
Your credit card will be debited upon completion of the order.

SEPA direct debit
If you issue us with a SEPA payment mandate, payment is debited from your bank account. Your account is debited before the goods are shipped. We will notify you of the date on which your account will be debited separately in a prenotification.

The deadline for prenotification of the date on which payment will be debited is shortened to 1 day.

PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via online provider PayPal. You must already be registered or register for an account, log in with your details and confirm the payment instruction to us (except if using the guest login). You can obtain further information during the ordering process.

5. Retention of title
Goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, you must report such defects as soon as possible to the delivery agent and contact us immediately. Failure to report such damage or contact us shall have no consequence in relation to the statutory claims and the enforcement, with particular reference to the rights associated with the warranty. However, you can help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

7. Warranty and guarantees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory period of limitation shall apply.

The statute of limitations for claims for defects is twelve months from receipt of the goods in the case of second-hand items.

The aforementioned restrictions and limits shall not apply to claims for damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

loss of life or injury to body or health
breach of obligations through negligence or wilful intent and malice
breach of cardinal contractual obligations the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the fulfilment of which the contracting party may ordinarily rely.
as part of a warranty promise, unless otherwise agreed
insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) apply.

8. Liability
We accept full liability for claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

loss of life or injury to body or health
breach of obligations through negligence or wilful intent
warranty promises, unless otherwise agreed
insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) apply.
In the event of a breach of cardinal contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the fulfilment of which the contracting party may ordinarily rely, due to the minor negligence of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability shall be limited to compensation for damages foreseeable at the time of concluding the contract and damage typically occurring in the situation concerned.

All other claims for compensation are excluded.

10. Language of contract
The language available for closing a contract is german and english.

11. Bonus points
Customers receive bonus points after review of the order, earliest after cancellation rights expired (14 days). Bonus points expire 6 month after the purchase.
