CLEANSING YOUR FACE – THE NECESSARY FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN
Cleansing the face is the be-all and end-all for beautiful, healthy and clear skin. Even the best products won't help without thorough and, above all, regular cleaning. You should clean your face, neck and also your décolleté accordingly in the morning and evening. The skin constantly produces sebum and sweat for natural protection. In addition, daily exercise and physical exertion make you sweat. However, excessive sebum or sweat production can lead to impure skin or pimples. Did you know that your sweat can contain medications or spices that also irritate the skin? Last but not least, factors such as fine dust and your makeup have a negative impact and contaminate your pores. If all of these impurities are not removed through cleaning, blockages and impurities arise.

WHEN IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CLEAN YOUR SKIN
Ideally, you should cleanse your skin both morning and evening - but especially regularly. This is the only way you can achieve the desired effect and care for your skin sustainably and in the best possible way. In addition, by regularly cleaning your face you increase the effect of your care products. They can be much more effective because they are better absorbed by the skin after cleansing. But why now in the morning and in the evening?
Morning:Since the end products, or rather waste products, of the nightly detoxification are on the surface of the skin in the morning, the face should definitely be thoroughly cleansed in the morning.
Evening:Cleaning in the evening is just as important. This will rid your skin of the pollutants that have accumulated on your skin throughout the day. These include, for example, fine dust from the air or make-up residue.
WHICH CLEANSING I RECOMMEND FOR YOUR SKIN TYPE
There are cleanses in a variety of forms for different skin types. From cleansing milk, cleansing gel or cleansing oil to cleansing foam. What all products have in common: High-quality products contain ingredients that not only moisturize, but also have an antibacterial and soothing effect. Below I will tell you which type of cleansing is suitable for yourskin type:
Dry skin:If you tend to have dry skin, you should use a cleansing milk, a cleansing oil or a washing cream.
Normal skin:If you have normal skin, a cleansing milk or cleansing foam will achieve the best results.
Impure or oily skin:For impure and/or oily skin, I recommend a cleansing gel or cleansing foam.
Sensitive skin:If you have sensitive skin, you should use a cleansing cream, milk or cleansing oil.
IMPORTANT: The skin should never feel tight after washing, as this would be a sign that the right care product was not used!
GOOD TO KNOW!
If you like to wear a little more or intensive make-up, it is worth a double cleansing consisting of an oil and your daily cleaning product. The cleansing oil should be massaged intodry skin. Then mix with water and finally wash off. The oil is used to remove excess color pigments and remove make-up from the skin. The process should then be repeated with the appropriate cleaning product, which is also used in the morning. This prevents dirt and make-up from being massaged into the skin instead of being removed during cleansing. I also recommend that you remove eye makeup before the actual cleansing process.
Contrary to popular belief, cleansing milk cleans just as thoroughly as washing gel. In general, the respective cleaning can be removed with water or dabbed with a dry sponge/cotton pad.
“LESS IS MORE!”
Most people often use far too much oil, foam, cleansing milk, etc. than is really necessary. Often an amount the size of a pea or hazelnut is sufficient. Instead, more attention should be paid to carefully removing residues and residues so that your skin is optimally cleansed and the care products can work properly.
Ideal aids here are small sponges or washcloths. However, for hygiene reasons, be sure to change them every day, otherwise they can cause impurities or even infections. A so-called “smear infection” can also occur, which in turn would make the entire cleaning process unnecessary and rather counterproductive. Even the popular cleaning brushes should be washed daily and replaced at least every two months.
