There you have the opportunity to view and track your orders and to store and change your address details.

Due to our shop relaunch in December 2023, the customer account system has been updated.

If you have not yet created a new account since then, please ask us to create a new customer account, as the previous accounts could not be taken over.

You can pay with us by credit card (VISA and Mastercard (processed by Heidelpay)), advance payment, PayPal, invoice and direct debit. We offer purchase on account via Klarna as a special service for you.

We ship worldwide exclusively with the reliable service of DHL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Alternatively, you can also track your order in our online shop by using our chat function and clicking on “Track my order”.

If you send a package back within 14 days, we will cover the costs. We ask that you only use our returns portal. Please enter your details there and print out the return label.
