You can best use the restorative gel mild from afa in the evening.

After cleansing your face, apply just a dime-sized amount of the gel to your hands. Apply the texture evenly to your skin. To do this, rub your hands together beforehand to distribute the amount as evenly as possible.
Note: If you are using the gel for the first time, only leave it on for two hours. Then rinse it off. If no irritation occurs within the next 24 hours, you can switch to overnight exposure for future use. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use.
